DirectionsPreheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Cook pasta. After pasta is ready, drain water and add one teaspoon of olive oil then mix well. Set pasta aside. Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, egg, salt and salt substitute. Add macaroni and mix again. Place in a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle top with grated Parmesan cheese.
